We understand how busy you are, and Kidz Preschool is set up to accommodate your family's busy schedule. In order to make enrollment, change of attendance, or withdrawal easier, we have made all necessary forms available online. Just follow the instructions below and you will be done in no time.

To Register Online:

1. Before enrolling, please take the time to review our enrollment policies.

2. Then, click on the registration form below that corresponds with the center you wish to attend. Fill it out, print a copy for your records, and then click the submit button to send it to our offices. If you are not using Microsoft Outlook as your email viewer, you may need to download the completed form and send it as an email attachment. 3. When you go to the center to finalize the registration, you will be required to fill out a few more simple forms, please allow thirty minutes to do so. All registration and first weeks tuition fees must be paid by credit card, debit card, or money order, at that time. You will also be required to fill out a tuition express form, which will enable tuition to be debited via checking account or credit card on a weekly basis.
